Privacy Policy & Terms of Use: Brokar Platform.

Preamble and Legal Relationship:

"Brokar" is a digital directory and marketing interface specialized in promoting Syrian industries and connecting them to international markets (the Gulf, Iraq, the Levant, and Europe). Use of the platform by a manufacturer or browsing by a visitor constitutes full and implicit consent to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Section I: Data Processing and Privacy Policy

The platform is committed to protecting user data in accordance with the following standards:

1. Data Collection: The platform collects factory data (Trade Name, Industrial Registry, Authorized Personnel details, and visual product content) for the purpose of building a marketing profile. We also collect basic contact information from visitors (importers) to ensure the seriousness of communication and to provide subsequent marketing support.

2. Content Management: The factory owner grants "Brokar" the right to display images and data of their products for marketing purposes. The factory acknowledges that all information provided is their legal responsibility in terms of accuracy and intellectual property rights.

3. Control and Deletion: Factory owners have the absolute right to modify their data, hide their profile, or permanently delete their account at any time without prior notice. The platform commits to ceasing the display of data immediately upon execution of the request.

4. International Compliance: We adhere to the privacy protection standards applicable in the GCC countries and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), with a full pledge not to sell or leak any data to third parties outside the scope of the provided marketing services.

Section II: Subscription Plans and Marketing Services

"Brokar" provides its services through three packages of paid subscription plans (Basic, Plus, and Elite), subject to the following conditions:

1. Plan Privileges: Plans vary in the number of products allowed for display and priority in the site's search results. Displaying direct contact links (such as the direct WhatsApp button) is restricted to the "Plus and Elite" plans to enhance commercial response speed. For the "Basic" plan, communication with factories is conducted via the platform as specified in the plan details.

2. Upgrades and Duration: Subscription periods start from six months or one full year, with preferential discounts offered for annual subscriptions. Factories have the right to upgrade their plan to a higher tier at any time upon payment of the price difference.

3. Support and Advertising: The platform commits (based on the plan type) to providing periodic performance reports, assigning a dedicated account manager for follow-up, and launching sponsored advertising campaigns on social media platforms to expand product reach in target markets. Specialized services such as professional photography and translation are considered additional elective services.
